HARVEY TARADAY, CPA, CA, CMC, TEP, FEA
As an assurance partner with over 40 years of experience Harvey Taraday has significant experience providing accounting assurance and advisory services to clients working within privately held and family businesses. Harvey provides services related to accounting, auditing, taxation, business consulting and financial planning. Harvey enjoys working with business families, helping them address the unique issues encountered by family members in business together, including succession, continuity planning, governance systems communications and conflict resolutions
Harvey is a certified Family Enterprises Advisor. Harvey received his advanced certificate in Family Business Advisory from The Family Firm Institute and has training as a family facilitator and mediator.
Harvey is a member of CPA Ontario, CPA Canada, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Family Enterprise Exchange, the Family Firm Institute, the Purposeful Planning Institute and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
DEMETRIA CHIOS, B.Comm, CPA, CA
In addition to performing all of the inherent responsibilities in the role of Managing Partner of TCH Partners LLP during the past 20 years, Demetria is responsible for developing and maintaining the technical and quality control standards of the Firm. Additionally, she oversees staff recruiting, training and professional development.
Demetria received her Chartered Accountant designation in La Belle Province in 1984, and the Certified Management Consultant designation in 1999. She is a member of CPA Ontario, and CPA Canada.
As an accounting professional, Demetria has amassed considerable audit and accounting experience. Demetria specializes in the intricacies of domestic and international SME's and supports clientele in numerous countries engaged in a diversity of industries.
Demetria strongly believes in the professionalism and valuable insights of being an INPACT Americas
member and is proud to have served on the INPACT Board of Directors
since 2008.
DAVID CHUNG-KI HUI, CPA, CA
David C. Hui is an experienced business advisor with extensive knowledge in the field of assisting owner manager and small and medium sized businesses. David earned his CA designation in 1980 and has over 40 years of experience in public accounting, audit and financial management, David also has significant experience in all areas of information management and in recent years he has acted as tax partner of the Firm dealing with income tax issues.
David is a member of CPA Ontario, and CPA Canada.
Away from the office, David is an active member of the Rotary Club of York, a Past President and is currently serving as Treasurer of the club. David is also an advisor to the Scarborough Senior Chinese Association and the Hong Kong Travel Industry (Toronto) Association.
